WORKSHOPS

I teach hands-on sourdough workshops in my home bakery (see more info below), as well as The Pantry in Seattle and BARN on Bainbridge. Please refer to those hosts websites for tickets and availability.

Private Workshops

Let’s get together and bake some bread! Private workshops are up to 6 people, 2.5-3hrs long, super hands-on, and include *lots* of goodies. Every student will go home with:

  • Packet full of recipes, resources, and my favorite techniques

  • Loaf of bread

  • Shaped dough to bake the next day

  • Proofing basket

  • Active starter

  • Bread lame

These classes can be hosted in my home bakery, or in your own kitchen if you’re local to Bainbridge, North Kitsap, or Seattle (within city limits). Base price is $250 for 1-2 people, and $75 per person after that.
